Piano Smashers

Piano Smashers, a powerful solo play about an unwanted inheritance that ran successfully with SPACEuk at Edinburgh Fringe 2025. 4 Star Reviews from Binge Fringe and Fringe Review. "A very good play.'   In Piano Smashers a mother bequeaths her piano to her children in a will, but they really do not want it and all that it represents.   This is a play about those things that we inherit and how we often fail to recognise our right to reject them.   “And they agree, like all of us, to simply accept to receive the past.”   Inspired by the plays of Tim Crouch and the theories of Peter Brook and Bertolt Brecht, Piano Smashers debuted at Brighton Fringe in 2024 and went on to Ventnor and the PBH Free fringe in the same year. It was nominated for Best Performance at The Actors in Brighton and has played at The Cockpit Theatre in London in August 2024 and January 2025. Sherlock Holmes The Death and Life

A fantasy based upon a fiction, finds Arthur Conan Doyle tiring of his intolerably arrogant Sherlock Holmes, and inventing the arch villain, Moriarty, to dispose of him. But Doyle’s dangerous strategy, combined with his passion for raising the spirits of the dead, has rather more surreal and dramatic consequences than he bargains for! A light-hearted and intriguing investigation of the consequences, when fictional characters take on lives and ambitions of their own, quite against the wishes of the author. In this wryly humorous one man tale, of murder, mystery and the occult the world’s greatest detective refuses to leave the stage! Starring Nigel Miles-Thomas, written by David Stuart Davies, adapted for the stage and directed by Gareth Armstrong; with original music by Simon Slater.     Buy tickets 26.05. 17:00 – 18:00 27.05. 20:15 – 21:15 28.05. 17:15 – 18:15 29.05. 21:45 – 22:45 30.05. 21:45 – 22:45 Age Accessibility All Language Easy English Venue Café Club Míšenská Add to My Calendar Mo Tu We Th Fr Sa Su 22232425262728

Mike Blaha: Pivotal Nomad

Mike Blaha returns to Prague (after Adelaide and his sold out run at the Hollywood Fringe) with his new stand-up show. His debut hour, MIKE BLAHA: INTERNATIONAL JOKE got rave reviews including a Top Ten - Recommended from stageraw.com.   Working remotely for two years now, Mike is at a crossroads. Is he going to return to the U.S.? Probably not with the current regime in power. Is he going to find the love of his life? Magic 8 Ball says "don't count on it." Can he still be an astronaut when he grows up? He's in discussions with Elon . . . Mike discusses all of these existential questions interwoven with his "captivating storytelling" (Glam Adelaide) about his world travels, filled with "Belly-laugh inducing moments you don’t see coming . . . filled with joy and laughter.” (Giaonthemove.com) Buy tickets 27.05. 19:00 – 20:00 28.05. 19:00 – 20:00 29.05. 16:30 – 17:30 30.05. 17:45 – 18:45 Age Accessibility 14+ Language Advanced English Venue Tequila Tales Add to My Calendar Mo Tu We Th Fr Sa Su 22232425262728

Romeo and Juliet

Communication breakdown affects us all. Our production of Romeo and Juliet is a modern re imagining of Shakespeare's original classic play, drawing out the elements of failed personal and family connections, prejudice and devasting misunderstandings. With the introduction of elements such as AI, modern communication technology seems to affecting the way we interact with each other: relationships become less personal and are out of our control. The production will be highly physical, with the ensemble creating the world of the play rather than relying heavily on set pieces, and will encompass a grungy modern setting, in a world very similar to our own. Fred MacAulay - Good Evening

For reasons outwith his control, Fred had to cancel his 2025 Edinburgh Fringe shows and his Autumn Tour - “Fred MacAulay: No podcast - LIVE”. Now, thankfully, due to reasons completely within his control, he is now preparing to hit the road in 2026 with the 2025 show repackaged and updated and simply called “GOOD EVENING!”. So what happened? Simply put: Fred suffered a freak accident and then an unrelated prostate cancer diagnosis. Is there humour in either of these? In the words of a famous Scotland footballer “Maybes Aye, Maybes Naw”. Now in the fourth decade of his comedy career, Fred MacAulay still loves being on stage doing what he does best - quite simply it's STAND-UP and his appetite for performing is as strong as it was all those years ago when he took a massive side-ways step from a career as an Accountant and Company Secretary into the world of entertainment.
