The Biscuit One (Work in Progress)

Duncan Hart is a work in progress—but aren’t we all? From almost dying (twice) to second chances, this is a funny, uplifting story of sobriety and starting again. And possibly biscuits. Definitely diabetes. Oh, and heart problems. Duncan burst onto the comedy circuit in the late ’90s at just 18. After years on the road, he stepped away from the mic to build a successful career behind the scenes in television, working with comedy heavyweights including Dara Ó Briain, Russell Howard, James Acaster, Rosie Jones and Arthur Smith. Now, after more than a decade away, he’s back—sharper, hungrier, and with plenty to say. Energetic, sharp and effortlessly likeable, Duncan mines his tragic-comic life for every painfully funny moment, blending punchy writing, crowd work, and just the right amount of chaos. With a commanding stage presence and a natural gift for banter, he’s once again being tipped as 'one to watch'. 3x Gong Winner including Funhouse Championship & Up The Creek Blackout (2025)

Magic Mic's

Dan “The Man” Cohen & Dunc “The Hunk” Hart. Two mics. Two men. Too much information. Two of the circuit’s hottest prospects and coldest thighs strip comedy back to its bare essentials: life, love, and loss... with puppets, pork pies, and more knobs than a B&Q aisle. No awkward thrusting (sorry). No pole dancing (we’re so sorry). Dan Cohen, host of "The Sin Bin Pod" joins BBC and Channel 4 writer Duncan Hart for some chaotic comedy. Two middle-aged blokes, fully clothed (again, sorry), wondering... why are they throwing money at us? Expect high-quality stand-up, surreal stories, surprisingly moving moments, and—inevitably—plenty of knob gags. Less "Magic Mike", more tragic mic. Definitely more sausage than sizzle... Proof that laughter really is the best medicine. You’ll only come once. West End New Act of the Year Finalist 2024. Beat the Blackout Winner – January 2025 & Funhouse Championship winner - June 2025.

Histerical - History, improvised

Winston Churchill enjoying yoga and matcha lattes; French revolutionaries working for Big Tech; Queen Victoria eating tripe out of a trough - impossible scenes, you might think - but not when History is Improvised! Histerical is an improvised jaunt through the history that you didn’t learn at school - because it never happened! Anything is possible in this 60-minute show in which we transport you to any historical era your little minds can think of - Regency? Ancient Egypt? Renaissance Italy? That bit between people wearing long wigs and when they started wearing tricorne hats? Literally anything - within the bounds of taste - is up for grabs! Want to learn about the past? This is the WRONG show for you - we remix the past! And we’re not going to just show you the big figures from history - there’s space for the little people from history too! So, what are you waiting for? Join us on our historically hysterical journey into lies and laughter.

The Love We Think We Deserve

Around 1 in a 100 people live with Borderline Personality Disorder, yet it is one of the most misunderstood and stigmatized mental health conditions out there. Online searches will most often reinforce harmful stereotypes and the majority of articles on mental health advise you how to “spot borderlines” – so you can avoid them. Rosie Cappuccino writes in her book, ‘talking about BPD’: “A couple of clicks reveal widespread derogatory attitudes towards the condition [...] YouTube videos [...] warn that people with BPD are more trouble than they are worth, impossible to connect with and incapable of love. [...] for many people the risks of being deemed untrustworthy, incapable or even dangerous can be too high. [...] Many people [...] feel safer disclosing anything but BPD.” With this play, I aim to give an insight into what living with BPD feels like and contribute to breaking down the stigma, bit by bit. “I am not the other. I am one of you. Speak about me as if I were in the room- because I am.”

Soft Knocks at Gallery 19a

Life rarely delivers its lessons in clean, dramatic blows. More often, they come quietly, insistently—through countless interruptions, small frictions, and the slow abrasion of repetition. Soft Knocks explores the subtle forces that shape both lives and landscapes, and the quiet strains that accumulate over time. Artists from Brighton, London and Bristol have come together to show their work at this hidden gem gallery in the heart of Hollingdean.
